The flat is super quiet & yet locate next to everything you need: the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tube station. The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (pull-out bed), perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like a washing machine, equipped kitchen & AC, you'll feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and bidet for your convenience. Enjoy all that Leblon Rio de Janeiro has to offer when you stay at our place. Checkin times from 4pm to 9pm; checkout times from 8 to 10am. Guests have a 200 Reais allowance for gas & electricity (which is more than enough). The building has security so we need IDs and car details upfront. We have one parking space available for our guests. New Years & Carnival we require a minimum 7 nights stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! The apartment is in a fantastic location, and the highlight was that Martha kindly allowed us a late checkout. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only minor points were that the soap provided was a bit limited, and the furniture had protective covers that weren’t shown in the photos but overall, these were small details compared to the great experience we had

Hi David I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at our place cause we do our best so that our guests feel at home. Indeed, we give only limited amenities (one traditional soap, one liquid soap, one toothbrush, one small shampoo, one small conditioner, one body cream, one slipper, one bath cap) because only hotels are supposed to give you those, not flat rentals. We do it anyway but guests are always supposed to bring their own when it comes to a holiday rental. But I hope you enjoyed the chocolates and coca-cola that we provided; as well as some coffee, sugar, rice, oil, spices, etc that can be helpful and that hotels don't give you even if they are far more expensive. Also, it's reasonable that having a lot of children among our guests, we cannot leave the sofas uncovered...you may have noticed though that the covers are of high quality, very expensive and comfortable, plus we wash them after every guest; we take hygiene very seriously. Thanks for coming!
