Wander Alaska Slopes is a Scandinavian-inspired retreat with sweeping mountain views and easy access to Alyeska Ski Resort. This stunning home features a relaxing hot tub, a sauna, and a cozy fireplace for those chilly Alaskan evenings. The property also includes a charming guest house and a spacious balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, along with a sleek European-style kitchen and multiple cozy living areas—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Please be aware it is common in the wilds of Alaska for residents to have their dogs off-leash, and for dogs to bark to deter bears and other wild animals. If you are not comfortable with dogs in the area, this home may not be the best for you.

Wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

NO AIRCONDITIONING
As is common in this climate, the home does not have air conditioning, but we provide portable fans to keep you cool and comfortable.

SAFETY
Before using the hot tub, please take a quick shower to help keep the water clean and enjoyable for all guests. Oils, lotions, and other residues can affect water quality and may lead to maintenance issues.

We recommend setting it to 102°F, as most people find this temperature comfortable, though it may be adjusted higher if preferred.

PET POLICY
This home is pet friendly, and we're happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two pets. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

LATE CHECK OUT FEE
Guests who checkout late without approval and prior notice will be subject to a fee of $100.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Close to Anchorage and to our activities in Seward, Whittier and Kenai. Very clean. Stunning views of the mountains from the large windows in the family room. Kitchen huge with enough countertops for the 7 of us all to prep and cook meals at the same time. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, utensils and more. Family room and kitchen one big room so we were able to enjoy each other's company yet could spread out so some could read while others played games or watched TV. We had trouble opening the keyless doors, but host replied immediately to resolve the issue. 10 out of 10!
