This rental is as advertised and more. It was clean, well appointed and very spacious. It’s an amazing house and worked great for our extended family. I imagine it’s a fantastic place for ski season. Property owner was great to communicate with and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Great family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Girdwood over New Year’s! The place is spacious and comfortable for large groups to relax and enjoy meals together with plenty of beds and seating for a group of up to 15. We had nine of us plus a few of our teenagers friends that joined for a couple of nights and it was set up just right for our group! Close to the ski hill and everything you want to do in Girdwood! We would stay again.

The house is a wonderful house with a great location but the house isn't complete. The cold air was gushing in through doors and windows. So many final touches needed to be done. Countertops and cabinets were cracked and not fixed. Walls were bare. I think you all rushed renting this house.

Alaska Prime Rental

A beautiful, modern property in great location that is a short 40-minute drive from the Anchorage airport and 1-1/2 hr from Seward and near the Alyeska ski resort. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, nice furniture and modern kitchen and amenities. Several good nearby restaurants. Sarah was great to work with and very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this property for activities in the greater Anchorage and Seward areas.

Spacious house in the great location of Girdwood. Property should have had a much better cleaning especially with recent construction. We swept out the entire garage upon arrival to cut down on dust being tacked inti entry way. Under the beds had layers of dust mites and dirt. All floors were gritty. Also, for a luxury property better deck furniture should be provided.

We had an extraordinary experience at the house in Alaska! The property is simply wonderful, offering exceptional comfort and ample space that perfectly accommodated my big family. The decor is beautiful and functional, creating a cozy atmosphere. Everything was new, clean, and organized, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making our meals a breeze. The bed and bath linens are of the highest quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, close to excellent restaurants, resorts, and markets, and it provides easy access to hiking amidst the stunning nature. I can’t wait to return to this true paradise!
