Peaceful Slumber/Free Parking and Wi-Fi

I am renting the spare bedroom in my home for guests. The guest has access to the home, but it should be noted that sometimes I am at the property doing maintenance and repairs. I will let you know if I am going to be at the property BEFORE you book the reservation.

It has a double bed with a quality mattress and box spring for support for a very comfortable good night's sleep. All blankets, linens, pillows are provided. For your convenience, there is a night stand and lamp next to the bed There is a chair and small table in the bedroom also. A closet with shelves is available for hanging clothes. Added features for comfort include a lighted ceiling fan in the bedroom, and of course, central air and heat, is provided for a peaceful sleep. The home has a three season sun room which looks out into the backyard filled with blooming flowers in the summertime. The backyard also has a nice patio and bench for night-time star -gazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is located on a cul-de-sac, therefore there is very light traffic. If you are a cat lover you are in luck as I have 3 friendly cats. I DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. This is a non-smoking home. Of course, the guests have access to the home of common spaces with kitchen privileges. The kitchen is fulled stocked with cooking items such as pots and pans. The home is NOT handicapped/wheel chair accessible. I am Vaccinated for Covid-19. If the guests is interested I can direct them to the best restaurants, night clubs, stores, etc. in town. Thank you.
