We had a wonderful time staying at the Twin Dolphins by AvantStay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was steps away from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Exceeded our expectations!

We loved this house! It had plenty of space for all of us! The kids loved all the toys and games. It had lots of beach supplies, and a wagon the haul it over to the beach! The upstairs loft/bonus room was also the perfect place to hang out at the end of the day! Thank you!!

Overall clean home however the outdoor patio was not cleaned so hard to hangout there. There were minimal bath towels. Check in at 4pm and leave at 11am is a crazy limit for how expensive the home is.

Exceptional home!

This is the most thoughtfully stocked home we’ve stayed at while visiting Newport. Everything you can think of you may need while visiting the beach, cooking, or relaxing - this is the place to stay. Stayed with our teens, perfect layout and everyone had their space. Especially enjoyed the 3rd floor loft with amazing views out of every window. Cleaning crew does an amazing job- we felt at home. Can’t wait to return!
