6/10 Okay

The property was OK. I really don’t like rental homes and/or companies that make you load multiple different links to get information. You should always be emailed directly or texted access to the property, AC instructions, golf cart instructions and Wi-Fi password. The fact that I had to go hunting for all that information was challenging. The community is very nice. The location for Lake Geneva is terrific. The property is really OK. I’m surprised at all the five star reviews and I trusted those reviews, It’s a tired house, terrible lighting in the living room especially on a cloudy day. We had trouble with the coffee maker, the toaster, and access to the golf cart. It was absolutely fine if you only intend to sleep there. The club amenities and the wall mounted games saved the day.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the community, location, club amenities, and games. We’re sorry, though, that some aspects of the home and the amount of information you had to navigate made your stay less convenient. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to troubleshoot issues with things like the coffee maker, toaster, or golf cart access and help make their experience more comfortable. We’ll also take your feedback into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience. Tim & Bethany

Location superb. Beds and furniture most uncomfortable of any STR yet. Uncontrollable Nest thermostat froze guests daily.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this location with our two kids (8 and 6) and our 9 year old golden retriever. The entire family had a blast. They house was very family friendly. Our girls slept in the room with two queen beds but the bunk bed room was their fort/hang out spot. The location is beautiful and we had access to the pool which was utilized every day. The girls already want to go back! Thank you for the stay!

Games galore!

While our stay was short and weather mediocre, our entire group (40-somethings, 19, 17 and 11 y.o.) was entertained! The games on the wall were unique and the supply of games was more than sufficient to keep us occupied! When the wearher cooperated, we took advantage of the golf cart, swimming pool, and pickleball courts! It was a lovely getaway!
