A beautiful tastefully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath end unit condo with two private balconies overlooking the pool in a serene corner of the building’s courtyard. Sleeps six using new pullout sofa. Within walking distance to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Just steps away from great shopping on the famous 5th Avenue, the top restaurants and minutes from prime beach clubs.

This second floor condo is decorated and equipped to give you all the comforts of home while you relax on one of two balconies overlooking the tropical garden and pool area (so close that our WiFi works poolside).

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds with full bathroom just outside the door. Each bedroom has its own large closet and TV. The living room has all new comfortable modern furniture and is equipped with cable TV, DVD, bluetooth soundbar for streaming music, movies, books, and games.

While restaurants abound just outside your door, should you want to prepare a meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including: gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and bottled water. The dining area is open to the living and kitchen areas and has a modern table and seating for six.

Playa Kaan Condominium is a gated secure development with 24/7 staff on site and common grounds that include a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall, and sun deck. You’ll be so relaxed and comfortable here; you’ll never want to leave! The condo includes one private parking spot.

NOTE: Bookings less than 14 days are considered short term and guests are given a weekly credit of 20 kw. For all excess electric consumption our management company charges 3.50 MXN pesos per KW used. Bookings 14 days or longer are considered long term and guests are responsible for the entire electricity consumption during stay. Our management company charges 3.50 MXN pesos per KW used. With responsible usage the bill is minimal.

During your stay, please keep in mind the following house and building rules:
1. No Smoking. Please refrain from smoking anywhere within the condo.
2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the condo.
3. Limit noise: Please refrain from playing loud music or making noise after 11PM to respect the other residents of the building.
4. No parties. Parties are not allowed in the courtyard common areas or in the condo.
5. No glass at the pool. Please use the plastic cups provided in the unit for all beverages consumed at the pool, including bottled beer.
6. Obey all posted pool rules. There is a sign with rules next to the pool.
7. Park only in the designated parking space #22.
