This 12 year old lake home is perfect for a vacation in Vermont. Far enough removed to enjoy the quiet and tranquility of Lake Champlain but also close to stores and town. Easterly views. Great fishing spot. Also excellent for water sports. Launch your boat direct at the house on our boat ramp. Quick and easy access to Lake Champlain. If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil Vermont lake vacation this is the spot for you.
