Wonderful hosts and a beautiful property! We were in town for our son's wedding and were able to stay together with extended family and life long friends. From 80 year old Grandpa to the 2 year old son of the best man, everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. Had several family dinners at the house where all could be together with the happy couple! Great place to make memories!

This home was a great location for our family gathering to celebrate our college graduate. We were able to have three generations together - Grandmother, Mother and Daughter - along with other family for five total staying at the house very comfortably. Plus plenty of space for a nice social gathering of the friends and parents of other graduating seniors. The back deck and back yard are peaceful and beautiful. The only thing my wife wished for was a broom to be able to tidy up especially after meals. The hosts are responsive and helpful and they made the process easy. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone having a son or daughter graduating from UNH.

We were in Dover for a wedding and needed a place where our group of six could comfortably relax and socialize. We wanted a house rental, as hotel rooms just aren't conducive to that. Your home was absolutely perfect! We've rented many homes over the years, and yours is definitely one of the best. It was not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, which we used both nights. The owners were wonderful, even checking in via text to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for accommodations in the Dover, NH area.

Comfortable stay for a family get together

Comfortable family home with everything we needed for a long weekend. The beds were comfortable and the living space was cozy. Toys for the kids were a welcome bonus. The basement provides an extra space for kids to play or for adults to escape to. Communication with the hosts was excellent- very fast responses to questions and they were very accommodating of our requests. The location was good for us - a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the town centre. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy! It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was only a short drive to anywhere we wanted to be. It had more than enough room for the seven adults and one child. The amenities were above and beyond! This home had many rolls of toilet paper for the three bathrooms. It had body wash, shampoo and cream rinse. There were paper towels in the kitchen and the kitchen itself was very well supplied. Another wonderful amenity was being able to park our cars in the three car garage in a very cold and snowy December. We wanted for nothing! The host was also very responsive and did so very quickly. It truly was a pleasure to stay at this VRBO. I highly recommend this place.
