This was my family very first trip to Maine. We booked the rental in August 2025 at an awesome price. The host, Travis, was great to deal with. I asked him on things to do back in August and he gave us several ideas on what to do when we got here. The house and pool was amazing!! We are definitely coming back to Maine again as we didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this rental!!!!

Very nice accommodations, beautiful area and very peaceful and relaxing. The house was very beautifully appointed and had just the right amount of classic fixtures to remind you that it is an historic property. We loved our stay and will definitely come back again.

Fantastic Stay

My family and I traveled during a heat wave happening on the East Coast, so it was incredible to have the swimming pool. The house and property was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again next time we travel back east.

Travis was always quick to answer any questions and take care of our needs. The house is gorgeous and charming, with plenty of room and a fabulous private yard and pool in the back. It’s also super-convenient to fun oceanfront towns like Ogunquit and Portsmouth. We’d definitely consider coming back to this house if and when we plan another trip to Maine.

Family party

We were a family for four and parents with two adult couples and another adult. We were all comfortable sleeping in close parameters and made good use of both bathrooms. The pool was fun. There was plenty of hot water and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen living room area was very spacious and comfortable for all 11 of us to hang out too

This ended up being the perfect place to host our annual friends' get together for the holidays. It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. As a good sized group of friends in our 20s, we were a little concerned about whether we would disturb the neighbors given that the property is shared with the owner, but the rental doesn't share a wall with the main house and though there was about 20 of us hanging out and talking and playing games, there were no issues with our volume, so as long as you don't plan to blast music or go crazy, this is a great spot to get together and spend time with friends or family if you have a larger group than most places could accommodate.There was lots of space and seating, an oven and nice kitchen for final food prep, and the place was well stocked with any essentials. Though only 8 of us ended up spending the night, the many beds were great for having the option for people to stay if they needed to.Many thanks to the hosts for allowing us a place to keep our holiday tradition going, it was a wonderful night and we're grateful for the memories we made here.
