Enjoy your vacation in one of our newest editions at the Sanctuary. This newly built home combines comfort, convenience, and style to create the perfect mountain getaway. Located at the Sanctuary, this two-level home offers stunning views and plenty of relaxation space, including two front decks, a back patio with a hot tub, gas grill, picnic-style table, and an egg chair - all ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, with a gas range, and beautiful decor throughout. Cozy living area with an electric fireplace, and a Stackable washer/dryer for convenience, plus a ski/snowboard storage shed equipped with two boot warmers to keep your gear organized and ready for the slopes. The Village is a 5-minute drive or shuttle ride away. The village is bustling with activities, shops, restaurants, and bars. Just 50 yards from the slopes when snow conditions permit, or you can take a quick drive up to the Top of the World parking lot for easy lift access and to the green slopes.

~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium-sized, housebroken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.
While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
