This charming house in Sea Isle City is a phenomenal choice for guests seeking a cool and comfortable stay. With 5 bedrooms, plus a bonus room, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. It sleeps 14 people. You'll love the Penn State themed bar in the garage! There is also a home gym. The property has an elevator that takes you from the ground floor to 2nd and 3rd floors. Sorry no pets! Just steps to the beach!

We're from Springfield, PA (Delaware County). I grew up coming to Sea Isle for the last 40 years. My parents have a house on 78th street which is the house I grew up going to. We purchased this home in May 2024. We don't rent our house out much. Just the second week of August through the last week of September. We live in Sea Isle from June through the beginning of August.
Why they chose this property
We like that we are very close to the beach. If you need to use the bathroom and you're at the beach, it's a very short walk. We are far enough from the bars and restaurants, but if you want to go enjoy the night life, it's a short 2-3 blocks away!
What makes this property unique
If you're a Penn State fan, you'll love the Penn State themed garage bar! Our daughter will be a junior at PSU this year and our son will be going to school and playing lacrosse there entering his freshman year. We also have a weight bench in the bonus room that contains weights 5 - 50 lbs.
