Beautiful cabin. It was a great location for a weekend visiting our son at SUNY New Paltz. We would definitely like to return for a longer stay exploring the area.

Everything about this cabin was beautiful! We just loved the location so close to Minnewaska, Mohonk and Moutain Brahaus ! The design and decor of the cabin was so pretty ! You cannot go wrong booking this cabin. Veronica and Mark were so kind and helpful. I think I found my favorite rental in Gardiner and hope to stay again.

We were checking out SUNY New Paltz for my son and stayed in this lovely cabin that that was cozy and very cared for with attention to detail. Hosts were very communicative. Appreciated the blueberries left for us and loved the Full Circle Commons for food a 4 minute drive. It was such a great location and wished we had more time to hike, being right by the trails. Would love to return!

This was my favorite stay I’ve ever taken. The owners were extremely helpful and kind and the cabin is so heartwarmingly charming. There are so many activities so close by and the best German restaurant right down the road. I cannot wait to book here again, I already miss it!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable - it looked like the whole thing had just been updated and it had everything we needed. It was very nice to be able to walk directly onto the trails at Mohonk Reservation and we also enjoyed nearby breweries and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

We rented this adorable cabin for a 1-night stay for my daughter's graduation. It was just perfect! Nestled in the woods. Very peaceful. The hosts were so great and accommodating. We arrived to fresh blueberries in the fridge that were absolutely delicious as well as other sweet touches like fresh flowers. My daughter slept on the pullout couch and she's not always easy to please and she was very comfortable. My husband and I slept in the 1-bedroom and the mattress, pillows and linens were great! We opened the windows to listen to the birds in the morning and sipped coffee out on the back deck. I wish we were staying longer than one night to really enjoy the place. The heated bathroom floor was a really nice surprise! Would highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The cabin was exactly what we were seeking for our siblings weekend. We couldn't have found a more perfect place. The cabin was extremely clean and incredibly cozy. We appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout. Check-in was very easy and the hosts provided detailed information about the property, area, and things to do. The hosts were great! We completely fell in love with this place! We regret not planning a longer trip, but we look forward to booking this rental again very soon (and for longer this time)! We can't thank you enough

a perfect cabin in a great location

We stayed for only one night and upon stepping in immediately regretted not booking for more. The place is perfect, with beautiful decor and immaculately clean. It is right on the woods with a "children's forest" my children were obsessed with. The host went out of her way to provide detailed information and even a hand-drawn map. 10/10!

Great little cabin near Mohonk!

I spent four days at the cabin in early spring as a solo getaway. Cabin is clean, very organized, and well appointed (not incredibly luxurious but very comfortable and everything is in very good shape). Check in was a breeze. Hosts left lots of detailed and useful info. It was awesome to be able to walk out the back door and be on a Mohonk preserve trail within steps. Also a quick drive to New Paltz. There was a small amount of traffic noise, but not enough to bother me. Also, no TV or microwave which was fine with me, but others might care about. All in all a fantastic stay -- I hope I'll be able to come back again!

Mini Spring Break Getaway

Our family of four - 2 adults & 2 kiddos (11 & 14) - rented this little cabin from Veronica & Mark for the first weekend of our spring break and it was...wonderful So charming, thoughtfully decorated and organized, and perfectly appointed overall. And spotless! The location was fantastic, with walking access to the Mohonk.Preserve and very close to both other hikes and the town of New Paltz (15 min drive away). It is true that there is no microwave or TV, but that was a-ok with us. There is a washer and dryer,, however. We didn't anticipate using them since our visit was short, but we ended up appreciating it much as our first day of "spring" break was awfully snowy and slushy and our hiking clothes got wet, wet, WET. Our hosts were nothing but responsive and accommodating throughout our whole trip - including lead-up - and helped shovel and clear the driveway multiple times. They also left some lovely snacks and drinks in the pantry and fridge. Loved by all of us, especially upon our unexpectedly snowy arrival. Lastly, the Mountain Brauhaus is a local institution and one of the best restaurants around...and right down the road. We had dinner there our first night and it was Excellent with a capital E. Our hosts helped us out with that as well. The size was no problem and the living room sofabed was very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and we look forward to returning sometime!

I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at the cabin. It was well beyond our expectations. Veronica and Mark left thoughtful notes, planning suggestions, and passes to the park for hiking. They were communicative, kind, and even provided snacks and coffee. The cabin was spotless, charming, and had just enough modern finishes to provide all the creature comforts while still feeling the authenticity of cabin living. We couldn't believe that access to some lovely hikes in the park were less than a 10 min walk from our backyard, with paths leading directly to the visitor's center and trailheads. The cabin is also a stone's throw from Mountain Brauhaus, one of our favorite places to eat in the area. Would highly recommend, and can't wait to rent again in the future!

Veronica and Mark's cabin is so cozy and beautiful. Every detail in the home adds to its charm and welcoming feeling. It was the perfect getaway from the city and gave us space to relax (loved the yoga room) before spending a day hiking and biking in the area. We plan to come back for a third visit!

Wow! A beautiful home in a perfect location. The furniture, bedding, dishes were lovely. The cabin is tucked into a forest with access to trails from the yard, perfect for nature lovers. The host was very kind and left me fresh, local strawberries.
