About the host
Hosted by Lise Engber

Although born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I now live in Brooklyn, NY. This house was built by my dad and I helped with the initial footprint. It eventually expanded to make room for our growing family.
Why they chose this property
My parents choose this location for their vacation home because they will always have a view of the Deschutes national forest. Nothing will ever block this view, which is incredible. They loved the the proximity of the Deschutes river, the surrounding nature sounds, and the calm relaxed feel of the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Plenty of room to spread out, and amazing back yard that is getting revamped this summer, and a view that will never get old.
