We had a great time! Check in and out was so easy. They had everything we needed in the condo. There was so much to do for everyone there. The view was perfect especially on Friday night during the Fireworks show. We will for sure stay again

Overall we really loved the condo and the resort. Entry to the condo upon arrival was very easy. The condo is spacious and and nice. We loved all the extra stuff the resort has to offer. We only had 2 issues, first the elevators in our condo kept breaking down which caused huge backups and long wait times for an elevator. There were 4 elevators in our tower and many times during our stay only 1 was working. There had to be a rescue by the fire department on one elevator during our stay because it dropped and then got stuck with people inside. 2nd issue, one of the comforters on the bed had something nasty and crusty on it. You could tell it had not been washed between guests. It was really gross. We just stripped it off the bed and used a different blanket. Everything else seemed very clean but they need to wash all linens between guests, obviously that is not always happening.

The beach view was absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly and direct with emails or text messages before and during the trip, especially during a busy holiday week. Thankfully,we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the property was very kid- and family-friendly! I would definitely reach out to Pam again when we return for future trips.

Lovely condo overlooking the beach. Lots of pools to choose from so it was not crowded. We had a very nice time.
