The house boasts 4 bedrooms and and 3 full baths. A lower level king bed with a sofa and TV area. This space does not have an egress window. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults. The property also offers ample outdoor space, parking, and a chance to spot some wildlife in your own backyard.”

Girls getaway

Wonderful location easy to find. Place as described, kitchen well stocked with extras. Loved host left champagne and OJ for us !! Very clean accommodations would recommend for girls weekends!

Family Reunion

Fantastic location. Perfect accommodations for our family get together. We were lucky to have good weather so the littles could eat on the deck. (The only seating inside for meals is counter height table & chairs.) The hosts were very responsive & helpful. Thank you so much, Keri & Troy!

A wonderful property

When we checked in, the property was immaculate and exactly as the listing described it. The beach at the state park was very nice. There was a cold six-pack waiting in the fridge. Our three generation weekend was everything we had hoped it would be. We really enjoyed the well-stocked coffee bar. We used both grills and were happy to use the secluded and well-lit fire pit in the back. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The yard is gorgeous and it was fun to watch the birds and the wild turkeys. With multiple bedrooms this property is ideal for a large family getaway such as we did.

Troy and I have a little bit of paradise in the Iowa Great Lakes we love sharing with others. We are fortune enough to do so and last year was much fun hosting families and friends. We were both born and raised near the Lakes in a farming community. I work for Dickinson County, this makes it easy for me to be close to our home if something is needed.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the most beautiful roads to drive down any season of the year. The homes, landscape and water make it very appealing. Pikes Point State Park is just across the street with public a public beach and shelter house for rentals. We are surrounded by DNR land and the wildlife is amazing.

What makes this property unique

This house has the best of both worlds. The property is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The land surrounding is DNR land and very private. The beach is just across the street for easy access to all water activities. The neighbors are considerate and their homes are beautiful.
