The Penthouse # 7 includes 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a poster bed, newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, brand new leather furniture, 25' of glass view of downtown and the beach area. This spacious deluxe suite is the perfect place to kick off the sand after a long day at the beach and fun in the sun. The suite includes a jacuzzi tub and flat screen televisions inside of the master bedroom and Living room., 25 ft. of glass facing the ocean. The ocean, sand and sea is only 200-steps away from the property. Close to the exciting night life or peaceful solitude.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was our second stay here. The apartment was clean and well-managed, just as the last time. Everything we needed was there for us. Would definitely recommend it, and would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay

The property is an easy walk to numerous restaurants, shops and the beach. It was exactly as the photos show, with 2 nice bedrooms, a good size bathroom and a full kitchen. There were beach towels and chairs in the apartment closet, which was a nice touch. For anyone interested, there is a vendor renting beach umbrellas and chairs near the pier. Overall, staying there was a great experience! The property owner was quick to respond to a question on our first day, and the maintenance guy was very kind when he stopped by. The only problem we had was that we didn't plan to stay longer!
