This spectacular full-floor oceanfront condominium is housed in an exclusive building on the finest stretch of Los Muertos beach. Enjoy 3 en-suite bedrooms, relax in an oversized living room, or step out onto expansive terraces to listen to the waves while dining or lounging. Two levels down is the building’s private infinity pool. Steps away is the lively Mantamar Beach club, and a few minutes walk are endless cafes, shops, and nightlife choices of Zona Romantica.

Note that the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and second bedroom with two queens are both spacious bedrooms with direct oceanfront views, while bedroom 3 with a queen-sized bed is considerably cozier, with one small window that does not face the ocean. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a massive island and window to the outdoor eating area.

The building itself has overnight security, a large infinity pool shared by only five unique units that overlooks the ocean and space to entertain. Beach access is via a stairwell located just down the street from the front entrance to the building.

We will meet you for check-in on your arrival and will then be available via message or call during your stay as needed.

Gay friendly Mantamar Beach Club and Blue Chairs are both a few steps down the beach. Walk into the center of Zona Romantica just 3 minutes away.

Parking is available but with this central location you can walk to everything.

NOTE: While the elevator goes down to level three where this unit is located, the pool is located on level one so there are two levels of stairs that must be taken to access the beachfront pool

PLEASE NOTE: A new luxury condominium tower is under construction next door to this property. There will be various levels of construction noise heard from Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 2 pm and we have lowered the nightly rate by 30% during this time as a result.
