We enjoyed our stay. The beach access and water park were great! The other amenities were also very convenient. The bathrooms were dated and the paint needs to be touch up in some areas. Host responded very quickly and was always helpful. Overall we would happily stay again!

I sent 3 messages and no one ever responded. I asked what kind of coffee maker was in the condo -so we could bring coffee- and two messages-one e-mail and one text to Courtney-asking for late checkout. Got a message around noon that we could check-in at noon, when I had been told 4:00. We could have had a lot longer to spend there had i known ahead. Bathroom rugs needed washing. Extra pillow in closet was dirty and no blankets in the master. The add on fees were almost as much as the rental, which is ridiculous. The views were spectacular and the condo was quiet, but it is off season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this condo was a great property! Great views and awesome that it came with full access to other pools at this resort. The property was clean when arriving and the staff was so helpful throughout our stay. I would suggest for the condo to come with some additional cooking utensils, potholders and Tupperware, but other than that it was a nice place.Guests be aware that the large Kingston pools with slides is a bit of a hike despite this property being so close. They only have one gate open, so itā€™s a bit far. People starting when it opens! I would suggest bringing a wagon to make the walk a bit easier. Would visit again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was a great spot! Didnā€™t necessarily need to leave the property all weekend, but still close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. Nice pool area and beach access, though it is a very kid-friendly place. It seems like maybe there was an adults only pool but it wasnā€™t open/maybe undergoing renovations when we were there. The AC in our unit wasnā€™t working very well, and though the building manager was quick to respond to my text initially no one ever came to look into it (that I could tell) and it was a little toasty inside. Not terrible since it was early April but with all the windows it warmed up fast. All in all a good spot for the price we paid and would definitely consider staying here again.

Our first trip to Myrtle Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was very spacious. TVs in each room were nice. The embassy pool and the Brighton pool where very nice however they could be open later since their all lit up at night. The master shower needs a new shower head with more pressure and a shelf for shampoo. The furniture is adequate but not the most comfortable. Beds are big enough but not super comfortable. Need hot pads for the oven. It didnā€™t affect us but if someone uses the pull out bed , you may need some shades in the living room. Otherwise it would be too sunny in the morning. sheets not very comfortable. Overall, it was a pretty good stay. Much nicer than a hotel room. The beautiful view was the best part of it.
