The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used linens and towels in the laundry room
Please put all trash in garbage pail in the kitchen and take to outside garbage and recycling pails to the back of house behind garage (pick up is Monday mornings)
When you leave the house please turn the AC off and Heat down to 60 or off. The front door should auto lock after a few minutes when you shut it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events or parties in the house; no outside guests not on rental agreement
No smoking or vaping in the house; no candles or fires on the property
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am- this is a townhome in a quiet residential neighborhood

Amazing home! Everything was spotless and so well layed out prior to our arrival! Communication was above and beyond. Aimee was out of the country however maid sure we were in contact via What’s App in case we needed something. Location was perfect! We were in town for our son’s graduation from CU and it took no time at all to get to CU! Highly recommend this home!!
