➤ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and reviewing our cancellation policy carefully. This will help ensure you’re protected in the event of any unexpected changes to your travel plans.

This unit does not include parking. Free street parking is available in front of the building. Since street parking often fills up later in the day, SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles).

The listing photos may slightly differ from the actual apartment, but the overall aesthetics and style remain consistent to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property.

Smart TV provided, but streaming services are not pre-signed in. Guests must use their own login credentials and remember to log out upon checkout.

Pet Policy: We welcome pets during your stay for an additional fee.



★ A Background Check & Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to deny entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. Refunds will not be provided if entry is denied due to late submission.



➤ An $8 BGC fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking..

➤ To comply with legal & security regulations, guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and pass a criminal background check. This is only used for screening purposes and is not retained for any other reason.

➤ Valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Check-in instructions are provided only after successful verification.

➤ All guests must complete the background check & submit required information before arrival. For same-day bookings, information must be submitted within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification criteria.

A few important notes:

Passing the check: This is a simple formality — our guests have never had any issues!

Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.

Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.

Notice: The rooftop deck will be temporarily closed for the season starting November 3rd as the building prepares for winter. It’s expected to reopen in the spring, once the weather warms up.
