"The Eagle & The Bear" Lake Tahoe -Golf Course 3 BR Home- Walk to Beach
On Golf Course with Private Hot Tub & 2 Decks with "pictures don't do it justice" views of the # 3 green and surrounding pines.
It's why I bought the home, after multiple stays.
- Walk to 3 different beaches including the hidden gem, Secline Beach (sparse parking, dogs allowed).
Beach gear provided including a kayaks and 2 SUPs.
Walk to shops, cafes, parks and Safeway.
Sledding on hill behind house.
Update: all new kitchen items (dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee maker. Added additional pots and pans.
New 77in TV, too wide for stand so on 2 stands until attached to wall.
New furniture.
All new sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.
Second bedroom has 2 trundle beds, so 4 mattresses all together.
10 mins to Northstar Ski Resort, going against the traffic flow!
Ski there, dine here.
