The owner wa nice but the air conditioning broke down 4 days without it heater for hot water broke down internet bill was late paid by owner so internet was cut off. I would not recommend staying I.n tjhis apartment

Not recommended to have this Guest again. House rules not followed regarding no smoking and cleanliness in the unit. Sink got blocked due to oil and other stuff on the sink due to misuse. Internet connection within the area is the problem, guest accusation saying Owner did not pay has no basis, receipt of payment even showed to guest. AC problems unfortunately happened but was fixed as soon as Technicians were available. Due to Xmas holidays, it was not possible to fix asap. Not recommended to have this guest again, hence was declined by Owner when guest requested for extension of stay.
