Conimicut Point Park is accessible for boats, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy water sports, like fishing, kayaking, sailing, and more. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With full kitchen, dinnerware and utensils, included to prepare all your meals at your stay. New appliances, includes a Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and blender. You can enjoy movies and your favorite tv shows in one of our two 55-inch TV's. We offer various board games to play with family and friends. Amenities like Wifi, AC and Heating, Washing and Dryer machines, and iron are included. Parking capable to have 4 vehicles, RV's and Boats Parking available on-site. Full fenced back yard.
