Gorgeous 2 Bedroom with Private Hot Tub. A/C

Discover this newly built 2 bedroom with stunning mountain views. Open concept kitchen and living area make a great place to gather, relax and refuel. After a day of mountain activities unwind in the private hot tub. A two minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort and take the Ski In trail for a five minute walk back.

High Speed Wifi | 1 Gbps

This is a 2 bedroom side of a 6 bedroom property. On the other side is a 4 bedroom unit which may or may not be occupied during your stay. Shared driveway.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 4 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 2 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

Came to Fernie for a Christmas holiday ski vacation with family and friends.Our stay at the Powder House made our trip very enjoyable. The unit is clean, modern and spacious, and an excellent choice for a family of 4. We had all the amenities of home, with only a 4 minute drive to the Fernie ski hill parking.The private hot-tub on the balcony was a daily welcome après skiing retreat! Next time we are in Fernie, we hope to stay at the Powder house again!
