Our south unit townhome is one of our two townhomes located on our private property, we are not in a development. This home offers 3 levels of living space with 2 king suites on the upper level and 1 lower level large bedroom with 6 twin beds, as well as a futon couch in the den. Both king suites have their own bathroom and T.V. The master bedroom has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The lower level den offers a big screen T.V. and games for the family. There is also a desk with printer and a full bath for guest convenience.
The main level living room has a large TV and couch, large dining room table and a fully equipped kitchen including all the small appliances you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. There is also a half bath and laundry room.
This unit has a large deck with BBQ and fire pit. A great place to unwind at the end of the day.
