KINDLY NOTE

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house. No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- Pool settings are all scheduled, it is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. (please do not meddle with pool equipment, failure to comply will result in fines of at least $1000, and or the cost of repair)
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund and can incur an additional charge of $100/guest.

Please be aware the pool does NOT have a cage so there may be some leaves and debris in the water. We do our best to keep it pristine but some debris is unavoidable.

Late check out will incur additional guest charges.

Amazing Stay/Perfect for Families!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Florida! The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we appreciated how spacious and well maintained everything was. The location was great beaches were just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of Florida. The host was wonderful, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Highly recommend!

Great house!

We stayed for a long weekend for a soccer tournament at IMG. We were a group of four parents and four children. The house was spacious and clean and a perfect set up for our four separate families. Pool was great.

Beautiful property in lovely quiet community. A few minor issues on arrival, host is very responsive and communicative. Home is equipped with everything you need. Heated pool was a nice bonus! Highly recommend…would stay again!

Perfect Location and Property

We had a 4 night stay at this property with 4 teenage boys and 4 parents. This property was perfect for our group. Great location (nice safe neighborhood), very clean and everything seemed like it had been recently renovated. Plenty of utensils and things to make this a home away from home. Pool is fantastic and the yard was HUGE. Owner is very responsive and does all the little things to make your stay enjoyable (thanks of the gatorades for the boys, they drank them during their games). We will be back for next years Academy Championships!

This house was perfect for our family and friends spring break trip! The adults were able to relax while the kids (and adults too lol) had a blast with the pool table, pool and games available!
