Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I couldn’t get a hold of them at all. Showed up to the property they didn’t know I was coming. They cleaned the room and I got in at 9 o’clock at night. They were supposed to be two beds. There was only one. I then asked for a discount or a refund and they said no.
