Pleasant stay

Location is great. Property is good. Beds aren't very comfortable. Sliding doors difficult to open and close, and you can hear the traffic outside. However, the AC kept you cool and the property had everything we needed for an overall pleasant stay.

Place was clean. Decor was nice. Kitchen well stocked. Some items in the residence needed attention. Exhaust fan in small bathroom was obnoxiously loud, needs replaced. Cold faucet in master bath did not work, so 5 people had to share the shower/tub in the small bathroom. Pool was nice, traffic was really loud at night. Overall the place was okay but would not book again for 1825.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, decor, and kitchen amenities, as well as the pool! We sincerely apologize for the issues with the exhaust fan noise and the master bath faucet—those are definitely frustrations we want to address. We're scheduling maintenance to replace the exhaust fan and repair the cold water line immediately. We appreciate you letting us know about the traffic noise. While it's beyond our control, we understand it affected your stay. We'd genuinely love the opportunity to make things right. Please reach out directly so we can discuss your experience and explore options. Thank you for your honesty!
