Home Base is a beautiful waterfront home on Lake Anna's public side. Enjoy sunrise views from the open-concept design in a prime lake location. Walk to the nearby Lake Anna Boardwalk for mini golf, beach volleyball, Tim’s Restaurant, Moo-Thru ice cream and more. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, comfy beds, an extra refrigerator and spacious dining areas both inside and out. Relax with a ping pong & pool table, foosball, arcade games, air hockey, a poker table, 3 kayaks, a firepit, and Roku TV. Wi-Fi included. Plenty of games and puzzles are also available to enjoy. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Food Lion, Dickinson's Store, Century Farm Market and Cutalong Golf Club.

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- Boat lift is not available for guest use

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

Beautiful and convenient

We stayed with my 3 adult kids and parents. The house was very well equipped and close to everything. We really enjoyed the views, walking to play putt putt and get ice cream. Would definitely stay again.

The property has many options and activities for the teens in the basement, and the adults were able to be on the main floor. the Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We would definitely recommended for a family get together and will love to go back.

Beautiful home, kitchen well equipped. Recommendations for improvement:- shower floor in MB is VERY SLICK AND slippery. Plus there is no grab bar. Plus, the shower curtain and liner are both too long (perhaps on purpose?) but also moldy at the bottom (icky). To avoid an accident, strongly recommend putting down non- skid mat or non skid sticky things on the shower floor.Bugs are crazy bad at all of the doors (spiderWebs are thick!) and dead bug detritus is built up around sliding doors and in the tracks. If you aren’t already, ask the cleaners to wipe down around the doors and inside the slider tracks. Lastly, we did t see any small blankets to use on the couch when watching TV. Pain to drag a king size blanket off the bed. Would be a nice touch if there were some smaller blankets.
