Unique Lovely View Flat: Canal/Buttes Chaumont

Our quartier in the 19th Arrondissement is diverse, friendly, and full of open space (Buttes Chaumont, the Canal, La Villette). We are on 11th floor with balconies on both sides—you can see the Eiffel tower on one side and sunset over Sacre Coeur on the other. There are two full 'view' bedrooms and a huge salon which can be converted to a third, private bedroom. Perfect for people who want to live in Paris in a 'normal' non-touristique part of town. The flat is full of light and the cross-ventilation (with fans as needed) keeps it cool. (Almost) all the shops, restaurants, museums etc. you might crave are within a short metro (2,5,7 lines are nearby) ride or an interesting stroll. Two streets full of small stores are nearby and we are right next door to a supermarket and a block from two others. I emphasize long stays and want my guests to be completely happy.
