Fantastic city centre location - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment

The apartment is located in the centre of the city, on Howe Street, with all main shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is on the first floor (in the UK that is up one flight of stairs - US would be 2nd floor!) of a traditional Georgian New Town apartment building constructed around 1810 - therefore no elevator/lift access! The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (and double and single bed in the two largest bedrooms and a small double in the third bedroom) main shower room, en-suite bathroom, twin windowed living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a dining table in the hall and there is an additional dining table and chairs in the living room. Fast fibre WiFiis provided.

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh! Grocery stores, good restaurants and lots of shopping only a few blocks away. Can’t wait to come back! The only minor complaint is the chairs around the dining table are very loose. Ther than that, it was just what we needed!! Thanks Francois!

Lovely stay

Property is clean and as described with good amenities. Quiet location out of the touristy areas but close enough to walk to all the things. Easy check in and out. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again. Perfect for a group of friends or a family!

This place is amazing! Everything we needed was in apartment to Cook, wash clothes, or just hang out. Location was perfect to Princes St, royal mile, Edinburgh Castle and all other sights. Try little Capo, an Italian restaurant 6-7 doors down from apartment, it was spectacular!

Great Location in New Town

The place has a lot of charm having been built in 1815. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and it was great having a grocery store 4 doors down from the apartment. Host was great.

Long weekend with friends

We had a wonderful time, location was excellent and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Very close to a lot of attractions and restaurants and Francois was very helpful. Check in and check out were straight forward and a great trip all round!
