10 Adorable Earle Apartment- Free Downtown Trolley

Beautiful historic Earle Street gives you an awesome place to rest when you aren't out exploring all the wonderful things that Greenville has to offer. Pick up the FREE trolley that will take you downtown in minutes! We have a handful of other listings with 200+ 5 star ratings over the last 2 years. We try our best to make our guest's experience the best possible.

Apartment #2 is freshly madeover with rustic touches leaving some of the original character giving you the warm feeling every home should! The building was built in 1920 and is shown on the historic Earle website for its beauty on the street.

The apartment is fully accessible except for the linen closet that is locked next to the front door. There is no washer and dryer within the unit.

I live on the other side of downtown Greenville and can help if needed but usually don't interact unless needed. I am happy to make suggestions. Please just ask!

Historical Earle street is oozing with old brick homes full of character and southern charm! Moms and dads walk their kids to school in the morning and people are almost constantly out walking to enjoy the atmosphere this street has to offer. Downtown Greenville is only a 15 minute walk away or if you don't feel like walking then pick up the FREE trolley that will give you a tour of downtown Greenville and it's immediate surrounding areas. The perfect option to avoid parking and have a good time!

There is a FREE trolley that has pickup spots within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The trolley schedule is as follows but changes season to season so please verify online. Downtown trolleys are fare free, and operate on Thursdays and Fridays from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m., and on Sundays from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Greenville also supports uber/lyft to take you where you need to go while in town.
We also have street parking as well as private parking behind the building.

This is one apartment of 4. The apartment has two entrances. One through the front of the building along with a side entrance. The side entrances is off the driveway that leads to the back of the property.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. Please contact us with these details before booking so we can confirm the pet fee and ensure your pet is approved. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!
