What a wonderful stay ! It was so central for our weeklong family reunion activities. We enjoyed the condo itself with amenities and proximity to the beach. We’d definitely stay there again if we return to Capitola :)

Grandma (me) was celebrating her 75th birthday with kids & grandkids, so fittingly in "Grandma's Nest." Anything you might need was there, & very organized. The area is so fun, with restaurants, shops & the beach all within steps. Highly recommended!

Great location and a charming place. However, our unit did not lock from the outside, anyone could walk in, no code needed and no key in sight. In addition, the AC didn’t work making the house stuffy and very warm. We did not have hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Text messages we sent to the contact provided were not answered.

We’re sorry for the confusion, but the property is not advertised with A/C, the exterior door does lock securely, and hot water is available in the upstairs bathroom. We did a thorough check of to confirm these items were working directly after you checked out. We also did not receive any text messages from you during your stay, so we weren’t aware of these concerns and didn’t have an opportunity to assist. We appreciate your feedback!

This is a great house for a group or family trip to Capitola! Everything was very clean, and it is truly steps from the beach and downtown Capitola! We had a wonderful experience.

You can't beat the location for attending the annual beach festival. Just steps from the beach and pier, right downtown. Enough beach chairs for our group of 6 adults. Both indoor and outdoor stairway to upstairs was nice.

Great location!

Great spot! Everything is as advertised, very clean also! Short walk from Capitola’s downtown amenities. When they say parking is limited… they mean it! Tough for multiple families with multiple vehicles, but worth it!

Lovely little beach house

Lovely little beach house had everything you need. The only thing I would say is for larger groups like us we were sick. It was a little cramped. The rooms are very small and it could use some new beds. The beds are very uncomfortable, but overall a cute little place

Great location but needs TLC

Location…. 10/10. House is in dire need of upgrades. The furniture is falling apart and taped together (and could be seen in photos provided in albums at the home dated 1998) , pillows and duvets stained, cramped closets and living spaces, kitchen counter peeling off. Communication was good. When I sent photos of stains, the did purchase 3 new bed duvets. When I told them a door was hanging on by 1 hinge, they sent a handyman within 24 hrs.

Worked out perfect

We came for a 16 year old birthday celebration and had kids, teens and adults in the house. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids. Teens took the room upstairs with full bed and single bed. Kids and adults downstairs. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash for us to use. Location is wonderful. Nice beach in front of complex. Restaurants and shops are a very short distance so we could just come back to the house whenever we needed anything. Parking is a nightmare so keep that in mind when deciding how many cars you need to bring. The city website for parking is confusing. Make sure you pay attention. Everyone in my party was happy with our stay and we'd recommend staying here.

It was great place in Capitola right on the villas. Beach was extremely close. One recommendation, for anyone staying in the villas is to bring some fans to help air circulation in the house. As always shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

What a perfect beach house! Literally, steps away from the beach, so we felt very safe letting our boys run to and from. A 30 second walk down to the village. The property was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host communicated often before we checked in and gave all the information needed. Simple. This house is perfect for families! Thank you for making our weekend so fabulous!
