Once you arrive, you won't need a car. Walk or jump bike to everything. Beach, wharf, Dream Inn and Boardwalk are literally across the street.

The City Of Santa Cruz has an 11% transient occupancy tax is charged on top of the guest fee and is collected by Airbnb.
City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Owner will send separate contract for guest's signature.

In addition to the cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 3% until 60 days before reservation, then they become nonrefundable.
