Enjoy peaceful mornings on the serene back porch, quick access to the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, and full use of the neighborhood’s four pool and cabana areas, tennis court, and beachfront restaurant—The Kiva Beach Club. During peak season, guests also enjoy complimentary trolley service throughout the neighborhood, making beach days effortless.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for group meals and includes a standard coffee maker, Keurig with frother, Ninja blender, toaster oven, stainless steel cookware(non toxic), and starter supplies for your stay. Thoughtful touches throughout the home ensure a comfortable, stress-free vacation.
