Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

We would definitely stay here again! We had a small issue with the key code not working but the host was very responsive and we were able to get it resolved quickly! We didn't get to see any bear but they left us a present in the yard while we were shopping.

Only complaints we really have it lighting was poor, some worked some did not. The ones that were poor was due to no bulb or very dim almost dark in room.Outside of that cabin was nice, check in was easy view in front was a sad set of multi level apartments that were tragic to look at for sure.

Hot tub jets were not working. Pictures shone in post were not accurate. Very comfortable beds. The property is across from an apartment complex neighborhood. Someone put trash bags under the porch while we were out and when we returned there was trash all over the place. There was also a trash bags under scattered beside the driveway. The next morning there was a huge bear under the porch which heard me on the porch and left by way of the driveway. I contacted Justin and received a quick response. The carpet needs replacing upstairs in the bedroom, and there is no overhead light in one of the bedrooms. No where to hang clothes also. Other than these facts, we enjoyed our visit in the convenient area. If the above mentioned items were taken care of, I would rent it again.

The cabin was cute and clean. Plenty of space for our large group. The hot tub was really nice even though it was the middle of June we really enjoyed hanging out in it. The only negative things I would mention is that some of the blinds are broken & I felt uncomfortable changing in the master bedroom as the windows faced the street & neighbors driveway & it was easy to see into the room where the broken slats of the blind were located. And none of the board games had all the pieces so we weren’t able to play any of them with our 5 year grandson which was disappointing & had we known we would have brought our own. But this cabin was close to Dollywood, clean, cozy and spacious. We would stay here again.

We rented the house for 2 family's coming to the Pigeon Forge Ripken baseball Tournament. Located very close to the fields and centrally located to everything else. It was great space for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). The kids enjoyed all the games. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or fire pit. A bear did visit the dumpster across the street.

Great stay for our family of 7. Clean, comfortable, great location. Could use some attention to details (blinds need replacing, need hooks to hang towels in upstairs bathroom) Overall, this was a great place and will definately stay here again.

Great cabin for the family trip to Pigeon Forge. Very convenient to town and to the park. Had everything we needed. The board games for the kids was a nice touch and the hot tub was a very nice way to relax at the end of the day. Overall nice place. From the pictures the cabin looked a little more remote but the reality was the view from the front deck overlooked an apartment complex.What could be improved? Master bed has been well used and feels like you’re sleeping in a crater. The arcade game for basketball didn’t work. Couches were a little on the worn side. Unfortunately looks like some prior guests did some damage to the bathroom drywall that wasn’t yet repaired. No shampoo or soap was in the upstairs bathroom.
