It is located immediately south of beautiful Nose Hill Park and west from 14th Street (follow 14th south for access to trendy Kensington, downtown, and the popular shops and restaurants of Stephen Ave or 17th Ave).
Also to the south (walking distance) it’s bordered by Confederation Park, Canmore Park and the Confederation Park golf course (transforms into miles of cross country ski trails in the winter).
It’s 6 minutes to McMahon Stadium (home of the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders) and University of Calgary!
