Beautiful Location

Beautiful home in beautiful location. Only downfall is cumbersome check in and lease signing. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay! Very quiet and peaceful, the lake setting is gorgeous! Full kitchen, bath, and bedroom areas are very comfortable! Beautiful views from the bedroom windows! Host was very easy to work with and communication was quick and easy. Location is near Tulip Festival, Deception Pass State Park, and other attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Be prepared to sign a separate rental contract and pay more for the second bedroom/bathroom/laundry and to be on camera on anything outside. The place is scenic and cozy but it is quite steep stairs inside and outside to the lake. It is close proximity to Sedro and major roads.

All the info you shared is published on our listing, which was reviewed and approved by VRBO and you signed off upon booking. The house is perched above it all, a small price to enjoy amazing lake views and nature’s peace—there are initial steps down, an easy walk 1/4 way down through the woods of this half-acre before arriving at the lake and a lovely patio as shown on our photos. Just like hotel lobbies, our entry has a camera to ensure the safety of our guests and property as we are out in rural America, and guests have appreciated knowing their packages have been delivered. All this to ensure our guests have peace of mind during their stay. Thanks again for staying with us.

Clear Lake Cottagr

Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Well located between Sedro-Woolley and Mt Vernon and a short drive to ferry boats. Communication was excellent and nothing but positives for this stay.

Great little place!

This is a cute little house and was a perfect for us. We used it as our home base for North Cascades and San Juan islands. Everything is really nicely remodeled and the showers are awesome! Kitchen is well equipped. Host was super responsive when I messaged.

The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and modern. But the entire property has a strange layout. Very little space for guests to socialize unless outside. The host also requires additional paperwork, which was inconvenient since we were already en route. It worked okay for us but probably would not choose again.

Yes, it's hard to fit more than 4-6 guests in our sweet little cottage. You had a lot of visitors, beyond the 1 adult and 2 kids. Photos on our listing are accurate showing three separate sitting areas with 3 bed sofas, 4 sitting stools, and chairs. We can accommodate large groups (16 guests!) at our other properties, thanks!
