There are two in-ground pools, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the beautiful Chautauqua summer season. Offered year round, several units are privately owned in addition to 11 "RCI" timeshares. Perfect for the family both on and off-season. Enjoy the many amenities these condos have to offer such as 1 gas grill, a gas fireplace, central A/C, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. These units sleep 8 Max - Bedroom #1: Queen; Bedroom #2: 2 Twins; LOFT: 2 Twins; Living room: sofa sleeper. (All timeshare units provide 2 bedrooms plus loft and 2.5 baths).
