The lanai and pool are situated overlooking the peaceful & private stream . This holiday home is conveniently located minutes from the River district with shopping , fine restaurants and bars as well as art galleries and theatre. The home is 17 miles to the Fort Myers beach and easy drive to the offshore islands of Sanibel , Captiva .
This newly renovated home is fully equipped for family style gatherings with stainless steel kitchen, wet bar, tile floor & granite throughout home. King size bed in master with full on suite and oversized shower and california closet.
Outdoor fire pit and oversized .40 acre on cul de sac for quiet and fun family time.
All amenities such as clean towels , linens , coffee pot, toaster, iron, blow dryer, outdoor patio table & cooking utensils. Home is cleaned, sanitized and reviewed by owners for each stay ! We are here to assist you in all of your vacation needs! Read our 5 star reviews!

Perfect getaway

Stayed here with my sister for a long weekend girls trip and had the perfect time. Comfortable beds, great pool/lanai, quiet neighborhood close to amenities, and a host who went above and beyond to offer anything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Pool retreat from the summer heat!

Our family stayed at the home while visiting family in the area and really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and the relaxing in the pool was amazing. Richard and Deborah are very accommodating hosts!

A much needed weekend away!

This is a great home to stay in for the area. The entire home is in great condition and the pool and hot tub are a very nice feature to have. The owners are very responsive and helpful. You simply can't go wrong renting this house for a nice place to stay.

Great place to stay

The property is very nice and easily accessible. Deb and Richard make sure your stay is the best. Even though they were out of town, they made sure a friend was available to assist us with the hot tob. Merf was wonderful and very responsive. Great overall experience.

Wonderful warm stay

We truly enjoyed the house, especially the pool area! So much seating and lounging. The owners were VERY responsive and even gave us tips on places to eat. The kitchen is well appointed. The house was in great condition considering the hurricane that came through months before.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Deb and Rich could not have been more accommodating - we spent plenty of time poolside and in the hot tub, the backyard is to die for. We travelled with family where we each rented our pin place, and this was by far the nicest. We recommend this home 1000% and definitely will rent again!

Great Weekend trip!

We moved from Long Island New York for our next 50 years! The sun, the beach, the palm tree's and so much relaxation. Swim all year, relax in the hot tub, dine downtown in 5 minutes. So EASY! Great palm tree views and stress free. We are the mother and father of the groom .

Why they chose this property

We rented this home our first year of purchase prior to taking the plunge to North Fort Myers from NYC. After 3 years of updating the back yard to make it extra special, we moved on to our next home in cape Coral. We would love to share our home with other couples and families for some family time and relaxation. I love the hospitality industry and its my pleasure to help you enjoy your holiday in our home. What makes this property unique

This home in a non gated community providing privacy, peace and tranquility. It sits on a cult a sac on a private golf course that is non operating while the Rio golf and marina are 3 minutes by walking , We have wonderful neighbors, plenty of yard space and easy access to all of Cape coral, Naples, Marco Island, downtown Fort Myers Beaches, airports and Dining . Even take a ride to Charlotte or Punta Gorda to explore all that Florida has to offer. Pool is heated upon request and hot tub can be cold spa or hot spa with jets for relaxation. BBQ and plenty of cooking equipment fit for a chef ! Great beverage refrigerator to keep cases of cold drinks & wine cooler ready to stock! Home is a great place to office and work with a desk, and a view! Stay short or long and enjoy your time in summer all year!
