This premier vacation property boasts over 5,400 square feet of under the roof area with 8 well-appointed En Suites, 8 full baths and 1 half bath. Common areas on each level, it's never difficult to find either a group activity or a bit of solitude.

The third level is the showpiece of the home. Featuring the panoramic ocean views throughout the entire great room, the group will surely spend many hours here socializing and relaxing. A large sectional sofa and additional chair greet you in the living area. An interior oceanfront lounge seats an additional four. The exterior oceanfront lounge can host up to 5. The sleek and modern white kitchen has two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a built-in oven and microwave. Seating for 5 at the center island rounds out this third level.

The outdoor pool area will surely bring many hours of smiles and shared memories. Here you will enjoy your 12 x 25 inground pool, a hot tub for 6, a grill area and a semi-private boardwalk to the beach featuring a deck over the dunes!

Wright Play is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
