This tri-level home has 1,400 square feet of space with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It's designed with couples, families or small groups in mind, plenty of room to spread out, reset, and stay productive or relaxed. The main (middle) level is open and bright, with large windows that pull in natural light and views. The living room is cozy and ready for downtime, with a plush couch, reading chair, smart TV, and an electric fireplace built into a console.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and everything you need to cook or reheat, from utensils to cookware. A breakfast bar with four stools connects the kitchen to the living area, and there's a dining table that seats six comfortably. Also on this level is a half bathroom for guests and quick use.

The top level holds the primary suite: a king-size bed, high ceilings, a large closet, a dresser, nightstands, and a private balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean and sky. The master bathroom has a big walk-in shower, single vanity, and toilet. Downstairs, the second and third bedrooms have a queen and a full-size bed, each with its own closet. A shared full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity is located on this level, along with a stacked washer and dryer for easy in-unit laundry.

The patio includes a table, chairs, umbrella, a Weber BBQ, and an electric grill, great for winding down outside. Off-road parking is available, and small dogs may be allowed with approval.

Peace on the Mountaintop

This is a beautiful home with a magical view. The home has all the amenities and a view of the ocean from most windows. The home is clean and welcoming for a relaxing stay. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful location

The views were amazing. The stars at night were magnificent. House is small but comfortable for about 4 people. I would recommend this property to anyone. We would defiantly stay here again.

Beautiful!!

Thank you, Patti! We had the best time ever! Your condo is absolutely gorgeous. Love what you did to the upstairs bathroom. We were there celebrating my 60th birthday with my family and it was the best birthday I've ever had. The weather was perfect and we had a beautiful day in Mendocino. Enchanted place

We arrived at the house late at night; it was uphill in the clearing. Coming to this beautiful, and comfortable, and pampering house was delightful. But still, the morning brought another charm - the view; the view is impressive. What a delight. Also, most important the owner. She is so sweet and helpful. She responded very quickly, send us elaborate instructions, and I need to say a special thanks for sending back the book that I forgot at the house.

Manchester condo

The condo was very nice with great views. Patti was easy to reach and allowed us to check in at noon which is earlier than normal. I wish we took advantage of that as the street, parking lot and walkway leading up to the condo was very dark (somewhat to be expected though for the area). Our only remark would be that the listing stated there was a hot tub and there wasn't. Patti was quick to answer my question and offered relief for the mistake. Other than that small issue it is a great place to stay.

Beautiful place

We loved our time at the house. Very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Location is beautiful up on the hill with great views to the ocean. Whale watching from the comfort of your bed! Only reasons for not giving 5 stars: -arriving after dark and w/o moon was a little tricky, fortunately one of our cell phones still had juice. -the 'fire place' was a bit of a disappointment

Perfect place to get away from the grind! Centrally located a perfect location for daily day trips up down the coast. Super private, my 4 kids and dog were free to roam in and the house. Incredible ocean views throughout, had perfect weather for days and even had high pressure offshore winds a couple mornings. As everyone says Irish beach is a must and it totally is, with Patti’s rental you have access to the private beach and we used it to the max. Miles south for super private unexplored beach. Incredible! Patti was awesome and loved our stay.

Great stay in a secluded spot with fantastic views

We really enjoyed our stay in Manchester. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was great. We had plenty of space to relax and bedrooms were at different levels for privacy The sunsets from the home as well as the beach were great. We had fun at the private beach and loved the privacy of this hill top location. It was a great base camp for trips in either direction along the coast.

Beautiful home with a great view!

Patti's home was beautiful! It is at the top of a hill, with a very private feeling. There is a great view of the Pacific, as well as the trees below. The home was fresh and clean, and had everything you would need for a longer stay (kitchenware, movies, extra blankets, etc.). I also liked that the house was spread out over three stories, so it was easy to have privacy if desired. We will be staying here again!

Comfortable, quiet home

We stayed for a week with two kids, 10 and 12 yo. The home was clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. We loved having the extra soft throw blankets to use on the couch. The kitchen had most of the usual utensils and supplies and good cookware. The area was very quiet, isolated with views of the meadows and ocean in the distance. We had a family of deer in the yard a couple of mornings. We had our dog and she loved the huge yard and the gated patio area made it secure to leave her when needed. My only feedback is with only one sitting area, it was hard to find another place to read or talk while the kids watched a movie. The lamp lights (no overheads) in the bedrooms were too dark for reading. However, in warmer weather, the patio area, garden or upper deck would have been perfect spots! It's not a complaint of the house, only the situation. We enjoyed the access to Irish Beach, which had great tide pools to explore and miles of sand to walk along. Pomo Lake was also a nice area to walk to and enjoy the sun. If you like to cook your own meals, plan ahead and bring your groceries. The local stores are a bit of a drive and are more "mom and pop" stores, not grocery stores, and it was hard to find fresh meat and fish. A good bet for groceries without driving too far is the Country Market/Ace Hardware store in Manchester (less than 10 minutes from the house). We food a good meat counter in Mendocino, which was a 45 minute drive. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with! Overall, a good find and nice stay!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a very warm and relaxing unit. It is well furnished and has a user friendly kitchen. It's location is a short drive to some quaint coastal towns for shopping but also close to food markets for supplies. The private beach is great for walks and also play time for kids. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Secluded and refreshing retreat!

This home is very cozy with modern updates. The view is very lovely. We felt very at home here and enjoyed sharing a wonderful weekend with some very special friends. On Saturday, we enjoyed a wonderful day exploring the private beach, a visit to the Point Reyes Light House, and dinner at the Chowder House on the pier. We look forward to returning!

Magical Thanksgiving Week!

What a Great Place!

I am going to recommend this lovely condo to all my friends! You can tell right away when you walk in that a lot of thought and attention has gone into this home. It's comfortable, clean and the owners have added all the extra special touches. It's nice having Irish Beach right across the road and having the private beach access is so convenient. We went into Mendocino for dinner and it was an easy drive both directions. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Up in the fog

We've stayed at Irish Beach a couple of times before at vacation homes on the ocean side of Hwy 1 and during the spring. This trip was a last minute decision and we were happy to find anything available. This hilltop perch is a middle unit of a fairly isolated 4-unit townhouse. There were no other residents there over the long weekend we spent there (in summer - amazing). No doubt there were views to be had as other reviewers have described but we were in deep fog till early afternoon and mostly out and about until evening. So, it was peaceful. It's not the same as a bluff-top home but it's a short drive to the little beach-side parking lot exclusive to Irish Beach residents with access cards. The beach is fantastic, long, wide & empty, with some of the best tidepooling we've found on the Sonoma/Mendocino coast - it's why we keep coming back. The townhouse itself was cozy, well-appointed, and had room for adults and tween/teenagers. The bedrooms were a little cramped but the living space was fine. Most everything you need is available in the kitchen including, pleasantly, some spices, condiments, and cleaning supplies that other vacation home owners/managers often eliminate but that make it easier for short-stay visitors. If you plan to eat meals in, and don't shop at a big supermarket on the way to Irish Beach, then the store in Manchester called Sjolund Square is your target. Otherwise it's quite a trip either south to Gualala or north to Mendocino. But I'm telling you this because if you search for groceries or grocery store on google maps it doesn't find this store - it shows up as an Ace hardware store. All you find for groceries are the tiny little places in Pt Arena, Elk, and Albion. In Yelp, it is called S & B Market & Supply but it doesn't say that on the front of the store. Enjoy your visit to Irish Beach - we did!

Beautiful and Clean

Bella Terra was beautiful and clean! A perfect beach escape with all the amenities (we especially loved the fuzzy blankets and clean laundry smell)! Our view of the beach and sunsets was breathtaking! Patti was wonderful to work with and attentive to meeting our needs! The whole experience could not have been better! We will definitely be returning!

Great stay on the coast!

Lovely town home on a beautiful quiet hill overlooking the ocean. Very peaceful and great getaway! Kitchen was recently redone with nice appliances and great for cooking. Bedrooms were cozy but good for our group of 5. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Trip

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving week stay. The townhouse was the perfect size for our family (3 adults, 1 kid, and 1 dog). We enjoyed the view being on the hilltop and the feeling of being a little isolated. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal. We only had to bring a disposable roasting pan and pie tin. The rooms were comfortable and the upstairs bathroom was nicely renovated. We were pleasantly surprised to find sand toys and kites to take to the beach. We used the Irish Beach access pass to go to the beach and had a great time. We found several fun places to explore during our stay: Bowling Ball Beach, Point Arena Lighthouse, and Navarro River Beach. We also went to Franny's Cup and Saucer, a bakery in Point Arena, a couple times. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Our favorites were the chocolate and almond croissants and peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies. Overall, we had an amazing time. We made many memories that will stay with us for years to come. This property was great for us and we would stay again if we return to the area.

Relaxing Stay near Mendocino

We had a wonderful stay, very relaxing. There were four of us and we were quite comfortable. The condo was clean and newly remodeled, even better than the pictures! There was everything we could possibly need, including WIFI and a nice selection of DVDs to choose from. The condo is located close enough to the ocean to enjoy the views and a short drive to Mendocino if you want to see those sites. Patti was very accommodating and easy to work with.
