All communication and information came in a timely manner. The house met all of our needs. Beautiful location! Parking was perfect with a circular drive. Close enough to groceries and restaurants; remote enough to get peace and quiet.

The pool was amazing. Someone even came over to clean it while we were there. I love the fenced in yard and the balcony on the top floor was amazing. The game room was a hit. We had a lovely time and we will definitely be back! Great place! We were sad to leave!

The house was in a great location, but it is need of some TLC. It needs to be deep cleaned and maintained better. The best features of the home were unusable. The jacuzzi was broken and dirty and pool was not cleaned at all. There were 4 barking pitbull dogs that the tenant living in the apartment on the property could not keep quiet at night. The real turn off though, was the warm friendly email I received prior to checking in about the noise ordinance and the threat of eviction if violated. This could be a great vacation rental with some better maintenance and more thorough cleaning.
