Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe and North Bay Area of California, my family and I have lived away from CA since 2013 between Colorado and now Utah, You will find us outside playing in the southern Utah desert or nearby in the parks and trails of Salt Lake. My favorite things to do involve most activities outside and in the mountains; rock/mountain/ice climbing, running, hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, river sports, skiing and snowboarding.

Why they chose this property
Riverton has been a suburb of Salt Lake for a long time and like most areas in the valley it has seen some serious growth and will continue to do so over the years to come. One of the best things about this area is that there are little pockets of beautiful property that sit along a stream or within a grove of mature trees over looking epic mountains on the horizon, this property is one of them.
What makes this property unique
The home was built in 2017 and originally about 3000 finished square feet. The current owner had a vision to expand the living space out into the backyard and add an additional 1500 sq/ft for the total size of the home. They rebuilt the entire main living/kitchen area and added the gym below on the basement level. There were two unfinished rooms in the basement which have become the theatre room and private sauna. The 3/4 basement bath was also redone to accommodate a beautiful wood-finished tiled walk-in shower and luxury bidet. One of the basement bedrooms has a large built in bunk bed that fits queen beds in the top and bottom.
