The entire property is even more beautiful than the listing. If you're thinking about getting married here, absolutely do it.

Unfortunate Experience
On the second day of our stay, the host asserted that the rental had never been approved nor paid for, and said to call at once to resolve. Demanded pay via Venmo and threatened to call the police if we didn't comply. We called 10 times between receiving these messages and leaving, all of which received no response. VRBO said the property was reserved and gave us the address/relevant info, we didn't get any info about it not being approved (the app said "confirmed" upon our arrival) and a charge came through from VRBO, so as far as we knew, the house had been reserved. Host was entirely unprofessional during this situation, which could have been easily resolved.

Guest was underage to rent....college student (our policy specifically states renter needs to be 23 yoa or older & no college students allowed), never paid for reservation & showed up any way, despite me never approving reservation, nor having the home cleaned. Despite several attempts via email & text for payment, guest refused to pay, despite having no affirmation of the reservation nor directions from me about the reservation. Remains unpaid & trashed our home, leaving most windows wide open & kitchens absolutely disgusting.

We booked this property for a large family reunion and had high expectations, but the stay was very disappointing. The water situation was unacceptable—barely enough to flush toilets, no dishwashing, no cooking, and no showers. Some of us went three days without showering. For the price we paid, this should never happen. The property manager admitted he was trying to get a plumber, but the issue was never resolved. Communication was slow, and I didn’t get a clear response about a refund until long after we had to make decisions on our own.To make matters worse, the host suggested someone in our group left an outdoor faucet open, which was not the case. This felt like an attempt to deflect blame instead of taking responsibility.Beautiful space, but the basics weren’t there. I would not recommend this rental unless you’re okay with the risk of having no running water.

Group of 36 guests left an outside water spicket on during their stay (I found it running right after their stay) thus draining the well, creating persistent low water pressure. Despite simple solution provided right away, specifically make sure the outside faucets were not left on by one of your 36 guests in 90 degree heat, the guest unfortunately did not follow through with the simple solution provided. Two sets of guests since this group have had no challenges whatsoever with water pressure or supply. Selft inflicted negligence by the guest group.
