Good value

Overall, our stay was very nice! The downtown location was great. The unit was very clean, except for the couches. (They need to be cleaned, as there are dark smudges on nearly every pillow and cushion. It was bad enough that we put sheets over the cushions and completely removed the pillows.) In the unit, items were available for our use at the beach (e.g., a wagon, cooler, and shade umbrellas). The dishwasher and washer/dryer were in good condition and very useful.

I don’t have any major concern to the property; it’s an excellent place because is it accessible to most of the essential needs like grocery and restaurant. The host is easy to communicate with and very considerate. For cleanliness: only minor stuff. Overall, it’s a great experience.
