Rules for this unit are as follows:
Pets are allowed. Pet fee $65 per dog - Maximum two dogs up to 35 lbs. each.
The unit is pet-friendly (dogs); however, we kindly ask that pets are kept off all furniture.
Smoking is not permitted.
The minimum age limit for this unit is 21.
