House was amazing!! Spotless and EVERY bed was super comfy. Host and management team was very attentive to our needs. Florida experienced the coldest weather they have in 10 years and we still managed to have a great time. Pictures don’t lie in fact they don’t do it justice

We had an outstanding stay at this property for a large golf trip — it truly felt like our own private resort. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly laid out for a big group; the grounds and amenities were top-notch and gave everyone room to relax and socialize after long days on the course. Jonathan and the property management team were incredibly responsive and helpful from booking through checkout — they answered every question promptly and made everything easy. When our flights were cancelled and we were unexpectedly stranded, they quickly arranged an extra night for us, which took a huge load off our shoulders. Our stay at this incredible Delray Beach home was nothing short of amazing! The property truly has it all. A stunning waterfront location, a beautiful pool, and even a football field and basketball court. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need. Bachelor Party

Had my bachelor party there with a group of 17. House was fantastic, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the property flows perfectly from inside (Kitchen, Game Room, Living Room and Wet Bar) into the outside entertainment area with pool, hot tub, ping pong, etc. Highly recommend the property.

Our Family gathered here for a long weekend to celebrate our mother’s 81st year. This home was perfect for a large group. We had plenty of space to cook, party, play games, swim, relax in hot tub and enjoy intercoastal water views. Property manager personally met us for check in and welcomed us with a bottle of wine from owner’s vineyard.We had a few minor hiccups during the stay. Locked doors and low propane level. But the property manager was always available and quickly addressed both issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others with large families. We look forward to returning again soon.

Exceptional Property and Experience!

We just returned from a fabulous stay at this gorgeous gated property! The house was a perfect place for our family of 16, ages 4 to 88, to stay at to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary over the July 4th weekend! There were ample comfortable bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms to accommodate us. The house decor is very eclectic and tropical. We enjoyed congregating in the spacious kitchen, many lounging areas and fun game room! The spectacular pool/jacuzzi area and other outside amenities provided hours of entertainment for our entire family and provided us with a private oasis for our celebration, right on the Intracoastal! Our property host, Sarah, provided superior communication before, during and after our stay. She handled all minor issues or concerns that came up quickly and efficiently! This stay was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this property and we would love to stay here again!
