Excessive dirt/trash: $350

Unauthorized PARTIES and NOISE during quiet hours are strictly prohibited, subject for penalties up to $1000 or more.

Guests are welcome to smoke in the back or side yard, but please refrain from smoking on the sidewalks.

We have security cameras on the exterior of the property. And, has a recording mic that record sounds. Nothing in the interior of the property.
